After payment is successfully made, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or video evidence. Eligibility for replacement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued in any situation, including courier delays, customer unavailability, change of mind, incorrect address provided, or dissatisfaction due to expectations.
